C&K policies reflect best practice as well as mandatory requirements and ensure staff are providing the highest standards of care, health and safety for children. They have been developed with input from relevant agencies including government departments and health officials.

A teacher’s role is to be supporter, provider, sustainer and enricher of your child’s play.

C&K teachers recognise that, while there are general trends in growth and development, your child is unique and will grow and develop at their own rate, and in their own way. All C&K staff working with children hold a blue card and current first aid and resuscitation certificates.
